I love Georgia O'Keeffe and this quote hit me hard one day. I was likely overworked and I felt miles away from making something for me that I enjoyed and felt proud of. In the last thirty minutes of a mundane Thursday, I did this quick illustration and type overlay to remind myself that I am still a designer and artist even when clients make me feel otherwise. The illustration and type compete for the viewers attention. You must pause and read with intent to truly absorb the message.
